House with garden of 4000 m2 fenced where your children can enjoy the outdoors with confidence. Located about ten klms from contis les bains and Lespecier, 5 klms from the cycle paths linking the ocean to the Landes forest and possibility of free shuttle to the beach from St Julien en Born where the main shops are located: bakery, butcher, super market, restaurants, bike rental, doctor, pharmacy etc.

We have had a fantastic holiday experience at the Pereira’s house. Location is very convenient: close to the beach but on a very calm place. Property is beautiful with a nice garden, impeccable grass and plenty of trees. House was the right size for our small family. Well equipped with everything you might need. Owners (Mr and Mrs Pereira) did make sure we felt at home. We enjoyed our conversations!
We will sure return!

The house was very well furnished and has a beautiful park, with lots of different flowers. The hosts, Paloma and George were very kind and gave us very tasty vegetables and fruits from their own garden. Many thanks for that 😊 we enjoyed being your guests.
