Welcome from Brigitte, house of considerable character, comfortable bedroom, eating area outside on terrace, shared kitchen with host worked well, parking just outside, 45 minute walk to city centre
Some things a little dated, shower one control did not work, hot water in kitchen took a long time to work through

The woman was very lovely, minimal english but we were able to corporate through Google Translate. Good for one night of a solo traveller or for passing through Montpellier, good value for money
The property is very out of town, and it is a decent walk to the nearest tube/train station. We didn’t realise that this was just a room in someone’s house, we thought it would be more a hotel vibe, rather then just a room. We booked for a private bathroom though it was only actually a private shower/sink, meaning a shared toilet. There was no air conditioning which made for a tough sleep considering it was very hot. We did have to end up leaving early to get to alternative accommodation.
