Souda apartment

Nice location and wonderful view. I loved the terrace.

We stayed only one night but sofas are not really comfortable to accommodate people for longer stays. The apartment is suitable for 2-3 people maximum.

Die Unterkunft hatte einen sehr großen und schönen Balkon mit einer atemberaubenden Aussicht. Der Gastgeber war äußerst freundlich und die Kommunikation war hervorragend.

Es gab nichts, worüber wir uns beschweren könnten alles war perfekt.

The apartment was amazing. Loved the arrangement, the furniture, the luxury (Wi-FI, Smart TV with Netflix, tons of amenities), all brand new and clean. View of the small port from the terrace was wonderful too. The host was gracious, very helpful, made us feel welcome and everything seemed perfect.

I am sorry to say that we did not enjoy our stay at this wonderful apartment and the reason was the tavern at the ground floor of the building. The Saturday we stayed they were hosting a wedding reception, which went on till the early hours of the morning - and it made it impossible to sleep, despite being dead tired from driving. The worst part however was the ventilation system or cooker hood or whatever system that was - which ended right outside our bedroom door. Industrial-grade or something, it made a very loud and annoying noise, coupled with the singing from the reception, it really ruined the experience. We also stayed on the following Sunday (no wedding reception thankfully) but that system worked until very late at night. Sometimes it stopped and you had that blissful sense of quiet, only to be ruined after a while, when it turned back on.
