Stadt ist fussläufig zu erreichen, Park in der Nähe, Bushaltestelle nur ein paar Meter entfernt
Die Ameisen im Küchenschrank, der unter Wasser stehende Kühlschrank waren nicht so prickelnd. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten sollten mal überholt werden, bzw. erneuert (Küchenzubehör). Eine schöne Kapselmaschine für den Morgenkaffee stand zur Verfügung, doch ohne Kapseln. Bei längeren Aufenthalt wäre es schön wenn ein Besen oder kleiner Staubsauger zur Verfügung wären, da man doch unfreiwillig Schmutz in die Wohnung bringt und dann ständig reinsteigt.

Lage war super, kontaktlose Schlüsselübergabe, gute Ausstattung
Spinnennetz und Spinnen in fast allen Ecken, sogar auf Küchenutensilien und -schränken. Bausubstanz fragwürdig, Trockenbau nicht fertiggestellt. Durch Bruchsteinwand sehr feucht und muffig, sodass keine Kleidung getrocknet ist.
