Great place for beach leisure

The apartment is brand new, all the facilities are brand new and of a decent quality. A lovely beach ⛱️ and parking 🅿️ is literally across the street. 7-8 minutes walk to supermarkets 🍇, and 10-15 minutes walk to the city centre with lots of great options to eat out 🍽️. A/C maintains a comfort temperature whilst being silent and generating no draft. Soundproofing is on a good level, noisy cars with loud exhaust pipes pass by occasionally but they're barely heard inside. The neighborhood is quiet though. Andrea is a super welcoming host, and It was a pleasure to spend our last few days in Croatia at Villa Sogi. 🇭🇷♥️

The only things we really felt missing is a washing machine and a shampoo/shower gel.

Ein super erholsamer Urlaub mit zwei Generationen.

Von Anfang an ein sehr schöner Urlaub, Bei der Ankunft wurden wir schon empfangen, uns wurde die Wohnung und alles gezeigt. Diese Unterkunft wurde mit Liebe eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts! Das erste Appartement was wir hatten wo alles da war was man braucht, Toilettenpapier, Küchenrolle, Müllbeutel, Taps für den Geschirr Spüler, Spülmittel, Handtücher und Tasche für den Strand. Hier wird auf Zufriedenheit der Gäste viel Wert gelegt. 2 Minuten zum Strand und 5 Minuten in die Stad.

Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt in einer modernen Unterkunft mit toller Lage und exzellentem Service – wir kommen gerne

Die Unterkunft war absolut top – modern, sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Besonders gut hat uns die ruhige Lage gefallen, obwohl man trotzdem schnell zu Fuß am Strand oder in der Stadt war. Die Gastgeber waren herzlich, hilfsbereit und bei Fragen jederzeit erreichbar. Auch die Klimaanlage in Raum war bei der Sommerhitze ein echter Pluspunkt.

Ehrlich gesagt gibt es kaum etwas zu beanstanden.

Vynikající ubytování u Moře/ Excellent accommodation by the sea

(CZ) Villa Sogi (červenec 2025) Ubytování ve Villa Sogi předčilo naše očekávání. Apartmán v horním patře nabídl krásnou terasu s grilem a pohodlné zázemí pro naši skupinu (4 dospělí + 1 dítě). Velmi jsme ocenili dvě oddělené ložnice, dvě toalety, klimatizaci v každé místnosti a kompletně vybavenou kuchyň. Poloha vily je výborná – moře je doslova pár kroků (cca 100 m) a přitom je v okolí klid. Vstup do apartmánu byl na klíč i pomocí kódu, což bylo praktické. Postele pohodlné, vše čisté a připravené. Komunikace s majiteli byla nadstandardní – ochotní, vstřícní a jakýkoli požadavek řešili okamžitě. Velkým bonusem byla možnost dřívějšího check-inu, což jsme po dlouhé cestě uvítali. Celkově velmi doporučujeme – ideální pro rodiny, přátele i páry, kteří chtějí pohodlné a klidné ubytování blízko moře. The top-floor apartment offered a beautiful terrace with a grill and comfortable accommodation for our group (4 adults + 1 child). We especially appreciated the two separate bedrooms, two toilets, air conditioning in every room, and a fully equipped kitchen. The location is excellent – just about 100 meters from the sea, yet in a quiet area. Entry to the apartment was possible via key or code, which was very convenient. The beds were comfortable, everything was clean and ready. Communication with the hosts was outstanding – they were helpful, responsive, and resolved anything we needed immediately. A big bonus was the possibility of an early check-in, which we really appreciated after a long journey. Overall, we highly recommend Villa Sogi – ideal for families, friends, or couples looking for comfortable and peaceful accommodation close to the sea.

Jediné drobné mínus byla absence mikrovlnné trouby v kuchyni – jinak bylo vybavení perfektní. The only minor downside was the absence of a microwave in the kitchen – otherwise, the equipment was perfect.
