About this apartment rental
This cozy apartment with a balcony, surrounded by a large garden (which you’ll share with over 10 turtles), offers a homey atmosphere where you’ll feel right at home.
Our home is centrally located yet quiet. Everything is within walking distance. The nearest beach is just 300 meters away, the town center 800 meters, the bakery 50 meters, and the nearest corner store 200 meters.
The town itself is located in the middle of the Croatian Adriatic coast and, thanks to its location, is the ideal starting point for exploring Croatia. Most nature and national parks—such as the Kornati Islands, the Krka Waterfalls, the Plitvice Lakes, and the Velebit Mountains—are not far from us and offer numerous opportunities for day trips.
The historic cities of Zadar, Šibenik, Trogir, and Split are also not far from us and are definitely worth visiting.
We especially recommend boat trips to the offshore archipelago, which consists of 160 islands.
We’d be happy to give you tips for spontaneous excursions.

My family and I had the marvelous fortune to stay at this home for 3 months - from March to June.
The home is beautiful, and beautifully situated in Biograd. The owners are artists in hospitality and made us feel like members of the family.
My children submitted to go to the incredibly clean beach, but to get them there we had to tear them away from the wild tortoises that live free in the yard and can be hand-fed. We had privacy, but also as much help as we needed to set up rental cars and day cruises (we loved Plitvice, Krka, and Kornati).
We are now very homesick for Biograd and our home away from home. I could write at length about the beauty of the beauty of this place - the home, location, and its people, but will suffice it to write that it was an amazing adventure for us and that you should discover on your own!

Everything about the summer residence Makii was just as described.
We were warmly welcomed given excellant recommendations of restaurants.We went on day long boat trip around the Kornati islands which was also recommended, this was superb.Although we could not speak the language we managed to communicate very well especially with the help of internet translator. We would gladly recommend staying here to everyone.
