looks like a recent complete refurb. lovely sitting on the dock.

This was better than expected! The photos don't do it as much service! When we showed up they had added lighting around the dock. The patio also has nice ambient lighting and a mosquito net. The inside may be a little smaller than expected (I'm tall) but it still felt nice. They actually had clean towels and soap. Kitchen appliances and a nice TV. Access to A/C (we're from Michigan). The dock also had this cute path down to a floating platform that was a cute thing to lay down on and look up at the stars (not that there's many).
The security camera was placed right in front of the front door. When I showed up I could audibly hear it take a picture of me as I fumbled with the combination. So it's just weird that it wasn't disclosed to happen. The floors also were VERY dirty. You can't tell because it has every house flippers wet dream of flooring. A mixed texture grey laminate. But they could definitely use a mop. I actually wanted to mop it myself but couldn't find one. So I used a couple of their towels (sorry not sorry). Also, they surprisingly have every appliance and even a couple little things you wouldn't think of, like a muffin pan. But they do not have a flat pan. So maybe bring a baking sheet!

The place was very clean and cozy
I tripped and fell not even five minutes of being there due to the corners of a floor air vent being lifted. The property manager was notified and the only thing he said was that he would have his house keeper look into it. My mother also ended up catching her foot on this same vent.
