Posto molto accogliente, ben congeniato. Molto pulito
Nella stanza con il letto singolo sii potrebbero disporre meglio gli armadi sopra il letto.

Posizione in zona tranquillissima a Policoro Lido. Parcheggio non custodito sotto casa,ma nessun problema. Tranquillità e relax in una zona praticamente senza traffico. Elogio ai quadri delle pareti dipinti a mano.

Wir hatten eine ganze Wohnung für uns, es gab ein Wohnzimmer, eine winziges Küche, zwei Schlafzimmer wobei einges wirklich winzig ist. Es gibt riesige Terrrasse, aber ohne Schatten
Die Temperatur war ca 20 Grad als wir dort waren und das war perfekt. Im Sommer könnte es sehr heiß werden, es gibt nur eine AC am Ganz für die zwei Zimmer.

Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo e disponibile anche quando si è presentato un problema che è stato risolto celermente. Gli animali sono accettati e c’è una bella terrazza a disposizione. A 400 Mt c’è il cinema e un piccolo supermercato.
