Very beautiful, staff were very friendly, helped to organise excursions and taxis for the group.
Sometimes communication was slow when we needed something, toiletries were very limited and we had to buy our own, some aspects of the riad were not always clean.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Riad and were well looked after by the hosts who were very responsive to any requests made. We felt very much at home in the Riad and the location in particular was wonderful as it had everything needed within the closed community (shops, restaurants, mosque, community swimming pool, activities organisers, etc). The people were very friendly and the location wasn't too busy so we weren't kept awake at night from people or traffic.
The only thing I would highlight is that the description mentions a private swimming pool but this wasn't private to the home, it was a private community pool for residents of the area.

The house is big and comfortable. Location is convenient, the swimming pool is quite nice, and there are supermarkets, restaurants, and tourism agencies in the Riad. Access to the Medina is relatively easy.
The staff was very kind and diligent with us. They did their best to accommodate us at our arrival (even when it was earlier than check-in time).
Cleaning dust in closets, spare blankets in them, and other areas of the kitchen could receive more attention. An easy fix that would make things way better in the house.

I liked a lot of space.
The kitchen setup was suboptimal, the cupboards in the rooms smelled strange, there was a hole in the wall in my room next to the AC, and the paint on the wall peeled after the rain.
