Beautiful but bad smell

Great location, lovely outside space, nice neutral new decor inside.

Terrible stench from drains made sleeping beside en-suite bathroom unpleasant. I mentioned it but the owner says there’s nothing they can when it comes. I’ve stayed in Saint Tropez many times in this area but never have I experienced stench like this. It’s a shame because it’s otherwise perfect. Suggest owner gets a drain depdoriser to pour down when the smell is at its worst. Wasn’t offered to me.

Great location! Nice house with a pool with individual rooms. It worked great for 1 night stay. We stayed at the smaller queen bedroom. Mauricio was very attentive and helpful. Highly recommend.

Absolutely blissful. We are already looking to return!

This villa is nothing short of extraordinary! It is the most stunning secluded gem on the edge of the hustle and bustle of St Tropez. Directly opposite lovely beach, perfect for yacht-watch. Maurizio was brilliant and text instructions ahead of arrival. Check in was seamless and we were left to enjoy our trip in no time.

Very convenient but frustrating in the bathroom

Excellent location. Actually one of few places im Saint Tropez where you can easily park your car to drive to beaches. And also easily walk to towm center

Room and decoration is good but simple necessities are missing. For example three is no shampoo, only body jel. There is no place to put the shower gel in the shower cabin. Three is not enough space or cabinet for putting make up, deodorant etc

Modern Place to stay in Saint Tropez!

Really nice property, was perfect for our 1 night stop in Saint Tropez, the garden area is beautiful and perfect for a drink before dinner. The rooms are well equipped and brightly designed. Here you are just a 10-15 minute walk from the port of Saint Tropez, and the walk is very pleasant.

There was an issue with another couple checking in, which took hours to resolve. In this time the manager & the couple were sat using up most of the outside seating area which made it awkward for ourselves to use the pool etc. I thought this could have been dealt with better by staff as to not impact the experience of the other guests, but as I do not know what the issue was I don’t want to be unfair and let this impact the score of my review too much.

Amazing looking forward to come again

Our arrival arrangements were very easy and we were bluffed by the friendliness of our host Maurizio, by the beauty and size of our apartment : large bedroom, large bathroom, sitting room, amazing terrace with sea view. And the incredible convenience of walking by foot to the center of Saint Tropez village and also going to the beaches. Highly recommended

Not worth the money

The property itself was nice and close to beach

The room was tiny with no decor or amenities. Not even a side table. There was no blanket, just a thin sheet on a very uncomfortable bed.

Not as expected

The location of the apartment, the nespresso machine, the cleanliness of the apartment, and balcony.

We liked the location of this apartment, however, the apartment was not what was listed on the original booking. Our concierge said he was "upgrading" us but this was a stand-alone apartment rather than a hotel as expected with amentities such as a pool. It appears he has "upgraded" guests in several reviews but the apartment is in a retail building with access to outdoor pool as listed in the booking. There are no photos of the apartment we stayed in online.

Nice stay in Saint Tropez

First of all - attention from the owner was priceless , he picked me up from the station and brought to the appartment. And as i stayed just for one night and the room was avalable he changed my room to very spacious for the same price .The house and studio is very beautiful from outside and inside , newly renovated, the nice design , very spaceus, good location 15-20 min walk to cisty centre, 3min walk from the beach. I like this place and I really reccomended to stay. Thank you for hospitality , Ieva

The neighbors above were up early so that was a disruption in sleep. Bad odor coming out of heating unit. Once it was turned off it was fine!

Beautiful place, great accommodation, great room equipment, very nice around the hotel, quiet sitting on the terrace, parking in front of the house the best! Close to the center. And above all, a wonderful welcome from Maurizio, a nice person, pleasant dealings. Thank you very much 👍
