Apartment just off the beach and easy walk to marina and old town

The apartment is located a 2-3 minute walk from the beach. The beach has several restaurants with great food and sun bed rental. It is easy to walk into old town too. We had a large SUV to park, and the owner gave us his larger spot to use the 3 days we were there. We did not hear any road noise once inside.

You could not prepare a meal in the kitchen, but then again we've come away to eat at some great restaurants.

Gut für 2 Personen, bezahlbar im teueren Saint Tropez

Nettes kleines sauberes Apartment, Fußläufig zum sehr schönen Sandstrand mit tollen Rundumblick, im Meer konnte man im Mai bereits gut baden (19°C). Eine kleine Küchenzeile ist vorhanden, jedoch zum wirklichen Kochen sind nicht ausreichend Utensilien vorhanden. Parkplatz im Innenhof (eng). Innenstadt in ca 20 Minuten zu Fuß gut erreichbar (allerdings an einer viel befahrenen Straße mit lauten Motoerädern/Rollern, welche kaum Rücksicht auf Fußgänger nehmen).

Checkin nach 20 Uhr kosten 40 Euro extra. Küchenutensilien könnten etwas verbessert werden, zb ein größerer Topf und zb ein Schöpflöffel wären schön, außerdem müsste das Besteck erneuert werden. Super wären auch ein Geschirrtuch und mehr als 1 Geschirrspültab.

Agréable avec un emplacement idéal

l’emplacement est idéal pour se rendre au centre. Avoir une place de parking attitrée et sécurisée dans la cour du la résidence est un plus dans la ville de Saint Tropez. L’entrée et la terrasse arborée sont accueillantes. La possibilité de mettre des vélos sur la terrasse fermée est appréciable. Les explications claires et précises de notre contact Manuel pour notre arrivée, sa disponibilité .

Malheureusement beaucoup de moustiques ne permettant de rester sur la terrasse, mais les propriétaires n’y peuvent rien. Par contre l’installation de moustiquaires aux fenêtres permettrait de les ouvrir. Peu d’ustensiles pour faire à manger même si nous n’avions prévu qu’un repas sur place, les autres étant au restaurant. Manque de linge de maison :pas de serviette cuisine , pas d’éponge de table,1 drap de bain par personne mais pas de petites ni descente de bain,
