Perfect location
No thermostat in the apartment, sometimes the room would be too hot, 2nd bedroom heating did not work.

Alpine Heights is a great size lodge for 6 people. The location is central and the price is very competitive for the snow. The hot tub, and sauna is a great addition. The communication with the office staff was wonderful - thanks for all your help Bridie.
The oversnow luggage transport cost $40.00 for additional trip

Great location and good facilities. Pool and Sauna were great after a day on the snow.
Over snow luggage transfer was great.
Large rooms with plenty of space.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Great area out the back to play in the snow.
Room not ready until 45 minutes after check in.
Not clean, oven was filthy.
No room temperature control.
Door lock requires instructions, prior to being locked out for 10 minutes.

This place is basic but has all the essentials for a group stay including a comfy couch and smart TV. The location is excellent, it really is ski in and ski out. Hotham provides a service to help you get your bags to your room which is also very helpful.
Be prepared not to sleep! This apartment is right under the metal stairs and you hear every person loudly walk up and down in ski boots from early in the morning. The door was also difficult to open (had to call for help twice) and our check in way delayed by over an hour and a half.
