Red Robin

The view and location were amazing. No need to signing in, code was messaged, so straight in. Easy access to the slopes and taking a break from skiing. Centrally located for ski hire, eating out and going to the pub. Car parking an absolute bonus. Great for unloading and loading. Drove down to Jack Frost for dinner one night. We locked ourselves out one day and someone came within a few minutes to open up which was great service.

It's not what I didn't like, it more to do with things that can be improved and fixed. We ran out of wood, I texted to get more, but it wasn't filled until the last night (I think). No one messaged me an update. Would have been better to be stocked up before we arrived. The kitchen sink leaks onto the floor from underneath. We left a tea towel there to stop getting wet feet. TV didn't get many channels and half had no sound. In other places we have stayed there have been TV's in bedrooms. It would be good if the chairs around the dinning table could all be pushed in (table doesn't allow this). Limited room to get past, we stubbed our toes regularly on the stair rail stay bars. Generally clean, but there was rubbish between couches. It is an ageing build which does need some money spent.

Incredible location. Very warm. Loved that wood and kindling was provided for the fire.

Not enough soap in bathrooms and had to buy detergent + hand soap for kitchen. Downstairs toilet light didn’t work.
