The view was amazing and the apartment was well heated including the floors.
There were 2 rooms with noises disturbing sleep. It would be 5/5 if those rooms are soundproof.

The location being close to everything.
The car space was challenging with three cars. the long stay parking bay was far from the property making it not practical considering the apartment can fit up to 10 adults.

Bottom room with bunk beds was not really usable because there was no heating that worked properly, gaps under doors to the outside and tv did not work and was not connected (not a smart tv and was not connected to internet and DVD player did not work).
