We enjoyed our stay and short walk to the beach at Ed’s place! We loved family game nights at the kitchen table and on the back porch. Ed was very responsive and kind when we needed anything.
We brought our own sheets and towels because of another review, but we’re happy to see they were provided for us in clear bags. You do need to bring toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc., which we knew before hand. It’s a beach place and not a 5 star hotel- perfect for what it is.
The pool was a blast for adults and kiddos, especially after the beach.

This was our second stay at this location and it was just as nice as the first stay. Situated a block back from the beach block, it is located away from the crowd and traffic noise but easily close enough to walk to the beach. Tip: There is a gap in the fence surrounding the property when walking toward the beach so you do not have to walk the whole way to the front of the development, just cut through the gap and the ASHORE parking lot and you will be at the beach in 5 min. With Acme grocery also in walking distance, one could easily leave their car sit most of the time if they wanted to just take it easy and enjoy the local stuff. The condo has 2BR and 2 bathrooms, a spacious kitchen and living area as well as a dining area. One of the highlights for us is the screened-in back deck which overlooks the large pool. The place is great as is the location but probably the best part is the excellent communication from the owner (Ed.) He goes out of his way to make sure you know all the details of your trip and to make sure you are settled in when you get there. For someone who wants to be situated in North OC, this is a great choice.

The condo was very nice. We enjoy this complex and our grandaughters enjoyed the pool. The owner responded to all of our questions very quickly.
