Our Place at the Beach 302C is a beach-themed bayside condominium. This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo has a furnished balcony overlooking a family-friendly neighborhood and wet lands. This unit is the perfect place for you and your family to call home for a week!
The modern living room is furnished with a large comfortable L-shaped sofa, a leather arm chair, a fireplace and a flat-screen smart television. The couch doubles as a queen-size sleep sofa. The sliding balcony doors allow plenty of natural light to brighten the space. Right off the living room is a dining area, perfect for enjoying meals with the family. Next to the dining area is the fully-stocked kitchen with new appliances and a breakfast bar, perfect for grabbing a quick bite. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, a flat-screen television and a private full bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, a bunk bed and a private full bathroom. This property also features a large screened-in porch with lots of comfortable furniture & a stunning view of the wetlands & Assawoman Bay. This property comfortably sleeps up to six people, so bring the whole family!

Very good, brilliant decor and well equipped.
couple things I would let owner know that would be great
kitchen - needs knife sharpener and wooden chopping board
Not clear how ice maker worked or if it even worked. Also brush and dust pan ( the long handled type )
Deck - upgrade ceiling fan and pull cords need to be accessible (both were broken)
One screen has hole and needs replacing
Master bedroom - up grade and replace ceiling fan which should be flush to ceiling
Cleaning - glass doors should be really cleaned well as view is amazing - windex under sink would be great. Also bathroom floors. I do not like to find other peoples hair on floor

This is our second time staying here. Modern upkeep of the condo with plenty of kitchen items and games to play on rainy days. We love this place.

The property was clean and it was incredibly convenient to the beach. However, I was traveling with my elderly parents and there was no elevator. We were on the third floor and that made the entire week difficult for them. The lack of elevator should have been mentioned in the advertisement of the place. Also, this condo had so many chairs and pillows, it was difficult to move around in some areas. It was really nuts! The wi-fi was also quite spotty- only working in the main living room and not in the bedrooms. If I was alone or only with my kids, this condo would have been okay, but these issues combined with the lack of elevator decreased my enjoyment.
