About this apartment rental
Located in the heart of downtown Nashville, this modern 1 bedroom condo is perfect for couples traveling together, families, or larger groups (sleeps up to 6 w/ multiple sleeping options)! You can walk to several local neighborhoods including the Gulch with the "Wings Mural," the Music City Center, the bars on Broadway, and 12th South!
The building features a heated saltwater pool and the pool area includes a grill. There is also a gym in the building. The pool opens sometime in March and closes in November.
Inside the unit you will find everything you will need to relax and/or work on your trip. The condo includes a balcony patio that overlooks the pool, an office/work space, WiFi, and a Roku with HBO, and basic cable thru SlingTV!
There are 4 possible sleeping options: There is a queen bed in the bedroom, a queen size pull out sofa bed in the living room, a queen sized sofa bed for the office, and a twin sized air mattress available. I also have another unit available in the building if you are traveling with a larger group.
The building is safe and secure with a 24 hour lock on the main entrance of the building with a security guard on duty from 10 pm to 2 am on weekends. Free parking in a gated garage parking space is also included, and there is plenty of street parking in the area if you are bringing more than one car. It is a residential building so please be courteous to the neighbors.
The building is located in the Gulch South neighborhood, an upscale and safe neighborhood, that is about a 10 minute walk to the Gulch, the area of town which includes several murals including the famous "Wings” and several great restaurants and breweries including Sambuca, a chic live music joint; Party Fowl for Nashville Hot Chicken; Arnold’s, the best meat and three in town; and Yazoo Brewery and Jackalope Brewery, two of the original breweries in Nashville.
Basic hotel amenities and coffee are also included. There is a full set of kitchenware and pots and pans in the unit for cooking.
It is a short Uber ride anywhere in the city, but if the weather is nice, as it often is in Nashville, it is a short walk (or scooter ride) to a number of well known attractions and neighborhoods:

Very nice stay at this property. Clean and comfortable. Took advantage of the pool, the grill and the balcony.

The owner was truly accommodating and tried to help us as much as possible so let me start by saying the space was nice and big enough for our family of 6. The pool and gym were nice to have access to. However, their cleaning crew looks like they basically took out trash only and never really cleaned and the owner said they were addressing it and didn’t know. Sent pics and videos to them. Although the parking garage is a good security feature if you do not have a very small compact car it will not fit in the spot assigned and we had to park outside on the street. Very sketchy corner and dark. Also have to go back to garage gate to get in because only place code worked. With kids and coming and going this was not the spot for us for multiple reasons but main one was the party busses and hub for that scene was all over this place. The tour buses and the partygoers that rode them shared the driveway of this place so if you’re single or having a bachelor party this is the place to stay. Again good location but needed a deep clean and that is supposed to be addressed. They did refund our cleaning fee because of it as well.
