About this house rental
Enjoy our unique and spacious home steps to Red Fox Meadows and FOCO bike path system. 1.4 Miles to campus and Old Town just beyond. Horsetooth Resevoir 10 minutes for boating, kayaking, SUP & hiking. Traveling with your boat? $50/night. 2 bdrm each with new remodeled private bath. Open floorplan with high ceilings/skylights & lovely furnishings incl. baby grand piano. Private patio where deer roam freely over our 2 acres. Pet fee $50/ night per pet with prior approval.
You will be staying on the upper level of our private home. This is the main part of the house with it's own private entrance. The patio is private as well. There is another 2 bedroom apartment on the lower back side of the house with a separate private entrance on the other side of the house also with separate parking and separate patio. Your privacy and theirs will not be impacted.
There are 3 parking spots just outside the home.
Walk down Longworth Rd (dirt road) to the entrance to Red Fox Meadows for your morning exercise.
There is a separate patio off each of the bedrooms. These should NOT be used as they do not have railings and are extremely dangerous.

Beautiful property in a very convenient location. Was clean and spacious. The memory foam beds were not that comfortable and the host does not supply shampoo.

Communication with the host was outstanding. The house was clean and very comfortable. The patio was very relaxing, but not very well maintained. They need a new outdoor fire pit and although we used the grill, we had to clean it first. Other than that, we had a great time in Fort Collins and the surrounding area and would definitely stay here again.

Get location. Not too far from CSU and Old Town. Slept 4 adults well. Great home and was well equipped.
Unfortunately no shampoo, conditioner, body wash/bar soap for personal use.
