About this apartment rental
This is a private entrance apartment a home away from home. The atmosphere is clean and comfortable. This new addition completed in 2021. This homey one bedroom provides the comfort of home in a quiet neighborhood and conveniently located with in minutes of grocery stores, restaurants & a short 15 minute drive outside of Anchorage in Eagle River to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. There is a full size kitchen, living room with a dining area full bath & shower w/ in floor heating there is NO SHOES in the unit and NO Smoking in or out of the unit. We do not allow smokers to rent are unit because you will still bring the smoke and stench in with you so we don’t allow people who smoke to stay here because others may also be allergic also no pets if you come and brake these rules you will be asked to leave with no refund

We can't say enough about this property and Steve. He was incredibly accommodating to us and all our unique needs. We stayed at the property before and after our son's wedding in Soldotna. He worked with us to assist us with the "busyness" of our entire stay. The home was well-stocked and had everything we needed and was meticulously clean and updated. The quiet and nice neighborhood made us feel at home and was a welcome place to return each evening. We will definitely be back to stay again. Thank you for an amazing time.

This unit was clean, comfortable, and had everything you would need. Steve was very good at communicating with us, especially since he was dealing with personal unforeseen circumstances. We would highly recommend this VRBO. Thank you, Steve!

It’s such a nice place to stay and very clean. The host is super and has thought of so many things to make your visit terrific. The location is great and is close to shopping, restaurants, plus. This is our second time to stay here and certainly would again.

All sights and activities and restaurants within reach. Lodging was very comfortable despite the bitter cold outside. grateful that couch in foreground could be positioned to better view TV screen. Kitchen was well supplied with spices (this platinum lodger has learned to bring her own favorites, but here it was not lacking !)
