Just steps from the area's best beachfront, there is great surfing and lots of sea life on the nearby jetties. An easy stroll or bike ride to restaurants and shopping with fishing, boating, and bike rental also within walking distance. Tennis, racquet ball and basketball courts nearby; 3 parks within walking distance. Easy day excursions to Disneyland/California Adventures, Knott's Berry Farm, Universal Studios, and more! World class shopping at Lido Marina Village, Fashion Island, and South Coast Plaza only 10-15 minutes away! NOTE: This home is conveniently located along the peninsula's main boulevard. As a result, ambient traffic noise may be heard.

    The apartment is very nicely located. Excellent location! Unfortunately, there were ants in the kitchen and in the bathroom. Besides, there was only one chair on the balcony. A chair and a table were missing so we could have sat outside.

    The apartment was as advertised. Host was responsive and had all the necessities upon check in. Location was great, just a few minutes walk to the beach. Would stay again.

    I have stayed at more VRBO's than I can count, and this one was just ok. I think the pictures make it look nicer and bigger than it actually is. I would describe this unit as very basic. If you expect to actually cook, I'd think again as there are limited cooking supplies. The towels, including beach towels are very small, the size I'd buy for a small child. They had one bottle of soap only, in the shower and the label just said "shampoo/body wash/hand soap. It indeed felt like I was using hand soap on my hair.... Also many of the drinking glasses I went to use were absolutely filthy and had lip and finger prints on them. Just didn't have any of the nice touches I've experienced when renting from true owners before. The main screen in the living room is see through, so don't expect any privacy from neighbors who all have windows facing the unit, also if you are sensitive to noise, I'd think again. The main road is very loud and hard to sleep through the night if you are a light sleeper. It's very obvious this is managed by a property management company that has many listings in the area and feels like are trying to get away with the bare minimum effort and supplies.

    The over stay was great! There were a couple of things though. The sofa bed sucked!! My poor kids has to sleep on a bed that caved in the middle because the sides of the bed didn’t lay flat. So if you need an extra bed then I’d look to rent roll away beds. The side was an old gas stove so there was a constant strong gas smell coming from it. One other complaint is all the neighbors put all their garbage cans in front of the garbage door so for a couple of days we were constantly having to move them so we could pull out of the garage. On a positive note, I loved the king bed! It was so comfy. I slept like a baby. I like how property management was easy to get a hold of and were really nice and easy to work with. We will definitely work with them in the future. Thank you!

    Was in town on business and spent most of my evenings here working. It was quiet and spacious. Very clean. They were very responsive to questions. Would definitely stay again. The location is perfect!
