About this house rental
The house is 1250 sq ft, very spacious with an open floor plan. Two bedrooms, one with a king bed, and one with a queen and a twin. One full bathroom. Washer/dryer. Large kitchen with gas stove and lots of appliances - juicer, dishwasher, microwave, mixer, etc. The home has many windows with beautiful views all around. There is 1000 sq ft. of redwood deck, which includes a large furnished gazebo. It all sits on a 1/2 acre of land, so there's plenty of privacy and lots of outdoor space. We are artists/musicians, so our playful and eclectic decor reflects that. The house comes with a tuned grand piano. Please note that there are 30 stairs from the driveway to the main door.
We are located a few blocks from the lovely village of Pt. Richmond, where there are grocery stores, restaurants, and bars, even a new venue with live music 5 nights a week. We are also within walking distance of hiking trails, Miller Knox park, Keller Beach, and the beautiful Richmond Plunge indoor swimming pool.
