This beautiful 4 bedroom, 2 full bath, single-family home is perfect for your next family vacation. This home sleeps up to 9 in beds.
The master bedroom has a King sized bed, a small flat screen Smart TV with cable and a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The master bathroom is also accessible from the living room. Bedroom 2 has a King sized bed and a small flat screen Smart TV. Bedroom 3 has a Queen sized bed and a daybed. These two bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill full bathroom. The 4th bedroom, a converted loft with a lockable door, is located upstairs and has a daybed with a trundle bed and plenty of office space if you need to do any work while out-of-town.
Isle of a Time is decorated with a coastal farmhouse theme and gets an abundance of natural light! The living room offers plenty of seating with a sectional sofa and chair. The large flat screen Smart TV offers cable and streaming services. The kitchen has brand stainless appliances and a drip coffee maker and a washer/dryer. The kitchen has been updated with solid surface countertops and freshly painted cabinets. The dining room table seats 6-7 and the kitchen counter seats an additional two on stools.
Outside the property you will find your own private dock. Feel free to bring your own boat and dock it right outside! This dock can probably accommodate up to a 32-foot boat. Please be aware that at low tide the canal gets very low.
Relax outside on the deck with a beautiful view overlooking the canals. Stairs are located from the outside deck leading to the backyard.
With plenty of parking spaces, 2-3 cars can park inside the garage and the driveway can hold 3-4 cars outside.
Cable TV, free Wi-Fi, board games, beach chairs, beach toys, corn hole, and fishing poles are included in your vacation package. The beautiful white sandy beaches of Ocean Isle is only a 5-10 minute walk away! Enjoy your R-n-R and kickback by the canal!

Even though our stay was cut very short due the impending storm, it is a delightful house to rent. We left quickly at 5am and didn't have time to follw all the procedures for departing the house. After texting the rental company, they were very forgiving of the clutter we left. Thanks so much.

The check in process was easy and manager responded quickly, however house was not as pictured. Paint is bubbling up, door to one of the bathrooms gets stuck and when opening it makes a loud noise. The vanity under the sink is caving in and dirty. In the garage where the ping pong table, corn hole and dart board are is not in adequate condition for kids to be in. There is a hole in the wall, an old bathroom that is blocked off and the dryer vent exhausts into the garage. The outside landscaping leading to the dock is sand with weeds growing through and there is a plastic table top on three cinder blocks. When we brought this up to the manager she said no one else had mentioned this and all she could do is send maintenance out. After a while she did offer a full refund but only gave us under an hour to leave so we decided to stay as everything was sold out and we had driven from far away. The mattresses are also very uncomfortable to say the least. Also, we had to enter the code multiple times before the front door would unlock. The kitchen is not well stocked with pots and pans. The ones they do have are very old. Overall the house needs a lot of work and repairs. We made the most of our vacation but we will not book this again.
