This is an older property, that is somewhat outdated. There are things that should be repaired or replaced. Bedrooms are smallish, but the living/dining area is spacious.The location is great, close to the bridge to the island so no long ride to get to things. The dunes are not wide here so it is not a long walk out to the beach.There is a public access beside the house, but no real public parking nearby, so not a lot of people used it.

Everything was top notch,all that is but for the neighbor in number 11 Scotland st next door. Twice he was a nuance for no reason and the last time he threatened me personally. If it had not been for it being the last day I would have pressed charges with the Ocean Isle police dept on him.

Place was cute with old charm. Nice view of the ocean. The private walkway wasn’t very well maintained so it was hard to find, especially during evening beach walks. Good WiFi, nice beds, had nice toiletries provided.

Nice size house but could use updates. Cockroaches inside and outside of the house. Not a big pot and pan selection.
