Tolle Lage: sehr nah am Geschehen aber ruhige Lage. Besonders prima: Die Unterkunft hat zwei nutzbare Außenbereiche, jeweils im Osten und im Westen, also perfekt für den Aufenthalt im Freien am Morgen und Abend. Die Ausstattung ist gut und vollständig, der Ort ist sicher und es gibt einen großen Parkplatz hinter der Häuser-Anlage. Der Strand von San Vito ist der absolute Hammer. Der Ort hat unendlich viele Restaurants und man kann des das abendliche Treiben angenehm genießen.
Die Matratze im vorderen Schlafzimmer ist in einem grenzwertigen Zustand. Der Kleiderschrank im selben Zimmer ist wegen modrigem Geruch nicht nutzbar. Das ist traurig da der Rest der Unterkunft wirklich perfekt ist. Mit einem brauchbaren Kleiderschrank im Zimmer könnte man leicht 10 Punkte vergeben.
