Die Wohnung liegt zwischen dem Zentrum von Quarttu Sant’Elena und dem Strand, alles ist zu Fuss erreichbar. Mit Bus oder Auto kommt man schnell nach Cagliari oder an die umIiegenden Strände. Als Eingangsbereich gibt es eine grosse überdachte Terasse mit Esstisch und vielen Stühlen (Ausrichtung nach Westen). Den etwas kleineren zweiten Balkon (Ost) erreicht man vom Schlafzimmer aus. Dort befindet sich auch die Waschmaschine, sogar ein Aussenwaschbecken ist vorhanden und ein weiterer kleiner Sitzbereich. Die Wohnküche war sehr gut ausgestattet, das Bett bequem und die Dusche super. Auch wenn es schon ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen ist, war es sehr gemütlich und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Parkplatz im Innenhof war ein riesiger Vorteil und ganz wichtig, die Vermieter sind jederzeit erreichbar und haben uns bei Problemen sofort geholfen, vielen Dank!

Die Ausstattung und die Lage waren super. Auch der Kontakt war super und stets hilfsbereit.

La location è ottima per visitare la zona naturalistica di Molentargius e per osservare le colonie di fenicotteri. Il posto auto privato in cortile è molto comodo, anche se è un po' stretto per un SUV o per una station wagon. Abbiamo molto apprezzato che a 200 metri ci fosse un punto di ricarica per le auto elettriche.

Restaurants in the area were food, beach was close enough, 30 min walk

Staff basically micro manage ... We accidentally left a light on, on the balcony, we were pestered to go all the way back from the beach which is a 30 min walk, in the heat to turn it off. Once would have been enough but they sent a follow up message that it's still on. If you rent out your place for hundreds of euro... Either have a way to turn things off yourself or don't be precious about the extra 10p your electric bill will be. We will not be the only people to accidentally leave a light on. Next we departed early hours and they thought it appropriate to tell us to leave quietly... We would do that by default, not welcoming or necessary to remind guests of this... In fact it's very off putting. In addition to all this, they make you sign a weird contract when you arrive... I have stayed in hundreds of places and never had that obligation.
