About this cottage rental
Modern cozy 1 Bedroom home with fenced front yard and comfortable front porch for relaxing after a full day of biking, fishing or swimming at the lake. Located across the street from Serpent Lake and just a very short walk to Crosby Park and Main Street! One mile to Crosby/Cuyuna Mountain Bike Rally Center with closer access at camp ground trailhead which is less than .5 mile. Back yard has room to store bikes and other recreational gear.
Internet, full kitchen and bath with on demand water heating system and heat/ air conditioning.
Cafes, coffee house, brew house, pubs, restaurants and bike shop all right around the corner in easy walking distance from the cottage!
This property has lake view and within a mile of the rally center for excellent mountain bike trail system. Also is a couple of blocks (easy walking distance) from Main Street Crosby where the restaurants, cafes, microbrewery, bike shops, adventure center are located.

We loved how easy it was to book this property last minute. It was also a good size for a couple to stay in and we loved that we could bring our dogs since our sitter cancelled last minute. The front and back yard were both fully fenced in which was awesome and allowed me to spend down time on the small front porch while the dogs sun-bathed. Super convenient to ride to the trailheads and downtown Crosby, we didnt have to drive anywhere except to get groceries when we were feeling lazy. The only thing I forgot to look for in the listing was laundry, which was not available, this is no fault of the owners, I just forgot to ask and didn't plan ahead, since we were there for a bike trip we definitely could have used it (lol.) Also the seating in the common area was pretty uncomfortable, which is only a gripe because when we go up there we ride about 30 miles a day and get pretty sore, but it was still more comfortable than the campground! And we loved having everything we needed in the kitchen! Would definitely rent again!

This property was decorated in bike theme.So fun....House was very clean and welcoming inside. Host was very responsive to issues. Close to all the downtown activities...Walkable and quiet neighborhood.
