Remodeled and shows great! You will love this very comfortable and spacious 1 bedroom 1 bathroom unit. You will enjoy the open floorplan that will accommodate you and a guest to hang out for dinner, or watch your favorite movie together! It's clean, it's bright, and refreshing!
The location is amazing! Watch the sunset every night from the cliffs, which is a 2 minute walk to the end of the block!
This is a first floor unit with one bedroom and one bathroom. Very open and spacious floorplan all on one level! Smell the Pacific Ocean in the air and listen to the waves crashing into the cliffs from the front of the property! The location is great offering a short (15 minute) walk to Newport Avenue into downtown Ocean Beach, or a short (15 minute) walk to Sunset Cliffs! Go to the sandy beach at tower 2 at the end of Newport Avenue, and then grab lunch or dinner at one of the many restaurants in OB! The property is located on a dead end street just two minutes to the end of the block for the evening sunset!

It was an excellent stay. Marc communicated well and access to the property was a breeze. Beautiful place, bed was so comfy and having a parking spot was such a plus. The place is perfectly located, close to everything Ocean Beach and close enough to Downtown San Diego. I highly recommend!

This has been one of the best vacation properties we have ever stayed at. The property was equipped with all the necessities that we needed. The beach views were amazing and definitely top notch service, location and food recommendations from Marc! Will definitely book again!!!

We had a great time in Ocean Beach at Marc’s property. The views right down the road were amazing and the location of the house was perfect for the day trips we took along the coast. The king bed was very comfortable and we had everything we needed for our stay
