Remodeled and shows great! You will love this very comfortable and spacious 1 bedroom 1 bathroom unit. You will enjoy the open floorplan that will accommodate you and a guest to hang out for dinner, or watch your favorite movie together! It's clean, it's bright, and refreshing!

The location is amazing! Watch the sunset every night from the cliffs, which is a 2 minute walk to the end of the block!

This is a first floor unit with one bedroom and one bathroom. Very open and spacious floorplan all on one level! Smell the Pacific Ocean in the air and listen to the waves crashing into the cliffs from the front of the property! The location is great offering a short (15 minute) walk to Newport Avenue into downtown Ocean Beach, or a short (15 minute) walk to Sunset Cliffs! Go to the sandy beach at tower 2 at the end of Newport Avenue, and then grab lunch or dinner at one of the many restaurants in OB! The property is located on a dead end street just two minutes to the end of the block for the evening sunset!

The unit was as stated. 1/2 block to a beautiful lookout over the ocean and 15 min walk to the sands of the beaches. Travel to the sights of San Diego using back streets made getting around easy. Check-in was simple all done with a quick phone call. Parking was nice that the unit had its own space. I did not use much of the unit such as the appliances or TV. Two dinning chairs had the top support missing but I did not use them during my stay. The AC provided great cooling but got stuck in a mode and I could not figure out how to clear it. I could have called Marc but the weather was nice enough I did not really need it.

We had a wonderful stay. The property was just as depicted in the photo and perfect for what we envisioned - Quaint Couples Retreat. Well apportioned with all the comforts of home. We particularly liked the stack washer/dryer in the bedroom closet area. Very quiet location and a 1/2 mile walk to the small Ocean Beach San Diego surf town - lots of cool restaurants and eclectic antique shopping. Less than a 1 minute walk to Sunset Cliffs nearby was great. The location is perfect for exploring San Diego. Mr. Rose is a great host. Easy to contact and responsive.

This was a nice stay for a quick trip. The location is very central to the beach and most attractions. Check-in was super easy and quick, as Marc was very communicative and able to accommodate an earlier check in. The off street parking spot was a big plus as this is a very popular area.

This place was so clean and had every amenity you can think of. The location was perfect to go watch a beautiful San Diego sunset and also close to restaurants and grocery stores. The designated parking spot was a huge plus also! The host, Marc, was so easy to work with and texted throughout the trip to make sure everything was ok and asked if we needed anything. I even made a last minute request to extend our stay by one night, and within the hour, I had confirmation that we could. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone wanting to enjoy San Diego!!

This property is ideally located in Ocean Beach — close to the beach and Sunset Cliffs, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Newport Ave. The unit itself was nicely decorated and well equipped. The King bed is a rare commodity in the area and this one was very comfortable. The property owner was very proactive in making sure we had everything we needed for our stay and checking in on us. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay. Unit was well equipped and extremely comfortable in a great neighborhood. Could easily walk to all the attractions and views Ocean Beach offers. Having a designated parking spot was also a plus as street parking appeared to be minimal. Marc (host) was also very responsive, and provided lots of great recommendations in the Welcome Packet.

My husband and I had a very good stay in Ocean Beach. We loved how easily we could walk to Sunset Cliffs, Newport Ave restaurants and shops, and to watch the sunset at the end of the block. The property was very clean and felt safe and quiet. Reasonable drive time to most areas in San Diego.

A great and cozy place to stay. It was clean, bed was very comfortable, and had all we needed for a 3 night stay. Easy walk to beaches, restaurants from the apartment. This is the perfect place. It is about four lots from the ocean. The unit itself is beautifully remodeled and incredibly clean. The host was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend the place and would like to stay here again the next time I am in San Diego.

Very clean unit with modern appliances and like new kitchen. Quiet location but did hear plane traffic from SD airport occasional. Wonderful location for access to beach although weather was quite cool during our visit. Lots of little restaurants in the area as well as coffee shop. Marc checked in with us to make sure everything was ok. Very happy to have a design parking spot as the parking in all the beach town areas is a real challenge.

We loved this spot in Ocean Beach! It was immaculately clean. We needed a kitchen to prepare our dishes for a Thanksgiving gathering at another location, and this was perfect. The bed was super comfortable (soft sheets!) and the living area is welcoming and roomy. Big TV and comfy couch for Thanksgiving weekend football! It's a fabulous location, walking distance not only to shops and restaurants nearby, but also to the bluff overlooking beautiful sunsets. Marc was so easy to work with, transparent and accommodating. Everything was perfect.

The property had a wonderful location. A short walk up the hill brought you to beautiful sunsets! Downtown was a close enough walk as well. I was so glad we had a parking spot because parking in the area was a nightmare. We would absolutely stay here again

I lived down the street from this property many years ago (long before short-term rentals were a thing), so I was familiar with the area and the property. Both were fantastic to return to. This property has been rejuvenated and well-maintained. It's comfortable, well-appointed, and just a very nice setup. Marc did a great job communicating before, during, and wrapping up my stay. I will definitely stay there again the next time I'm in San Diego!
