Fun Oceanfront Bungalow- Amazing Views, Close to Boardwalk

The home is right on the beach. There were only a few people around us. The beach was great as well. We had a blast walking the beach at night watching the little crabs scurry away.

Wonderful place. It has everything you need. The view of the ocean is amazing.

Great location, quiet neighbors, comfortable beds and furnishings.

Although pet friendly, some thing's were just dingy like the dining room carpet. There was a slight odor, most likely due to the carpets. Overall, the cleanliness of the house was lacking and could use some improvements. Some door handles didn't function properly and would just come lose or get tight without actually turning. There was a bathroom door that didn't lock as well as sliding glass doors that could only be locked by placing a pipe at the bottom in the track of the door. The aforementioned items may not be a bother for some people. There were two things that ultimately affected our stay in a negative manner. One was that we had no hot water the entire 4 days 3 nights. Although notification was made to the management company the morning of day two, the situation was never rectified even though an electrician and the power company came out. There was zero effort made by the management company to offer a different location or some sort of compensation. On day three when reaching out to the management company (which is outsourced) I was told that someone from the local office would contact me to compensate us for the issue. That never happened. The second thing that I did not care for was how late the check-in time was. The check-in time is 4pm. There was no getting in early even though the house was ready. We tried using the door code at 3:30, but it would not work until 4pm. If you have cold groceries, you better time it right.
