Nice home plenty of room. When checking in at 4:00 note that you can not get in until exactly 4:00 pm. We have stayed at multiple Vrbo homes and this is the first with a keypad that is in a timer. That should be in the description. Also beware of beach area Very steep causing the waves to be rough. Not suitable for small children.

This house has the best view and the ocean is right out the back door. Its approximate to Flagler, Dayton and Saint Augustine were great. We felt the mattresses were a little uncomfortable but the house is great. We would stay there again.

We had several issues during our stay. We didn’t report any of them until the day we left, so can’t really complain. We didn’t really want ppl coming and going so we dealt with them.
