El lugar es amplio y cuidado. Nos resultó muy cómodo para una familia de 5, silencioso optimo para descansar bien, el Señor Daría fue muy amable y servicial. Estamos muy conformes y lo super recomendamos.

Excelente Anfitriã, localização excelente do apartamento, wifi ótimo, ar condicionado bom, apartamento grande, camas boas para um bom sono. Ao redor do apartamento tem muitos comércios, mercados, fica próximo ao Obelisco, região tranquila e segura. Ah o chuveiro muito bom com jato abundante e muito quente (aquecimento a gás)
O imóvel é bem antigo, mas isso não seria o problema se houvesse uma manutenção. As tolhas deveriam ser padronizadas e todas brancas. Tinha assento do vazo em má qualidade. Mobiliário da cozinha antigo, sem manutenção e por fim merecida uma pintura nas paredes. Tinha um vidro na janela da sala trincado.

the location was quite good
The bathrooms and the especially the kitchen need a total do over. It was not clean and bugs were in the kitchen, in the coffee machine, the sink and 1 room and in the bathroom sink. Not very enjoyable.
