es un buen alojamiento, es cercano a muchos sitios, ees muy comodo, y me agrado estar con mi familia.

La ubicación y el precio. Pues al estar en el centro era fácil llegar a otras locaciones, igualmente, el precio es económico.
Lastimosamente, el departamento se encontraba en muy malas condiciones. La chapa de la puerta principal se salía y las llaves de la ducha también. El piso presentaba hundimientos o las puertas de las habitaciones no encajaban. Sin embargo, supongo que es algo acorde al precio que se pagó. Aun así, recomiendo realizar remodelaciones, pues es un departamento que tiene potencial de estar muy bonito.

La zona muy linda... Teníamos ropa de cama , toallones y toallas.
Se nos contaba la luz sólo a nosotros por mal contacto en llave de encendido de luz del baño. La cocina funcionaba a MEDIAS...la heladera sólo funcionaba arriba,no tenía lavaropas y el lavadero estaba muy sucio... además habían cucarachas pequeñitas,tele sin control y otros detallitos más lamentablemente. Para 4 personas podría ser cómodo solucionando todos los detalles, pero ya queda ajustado para 6 personas.
