Me gustó la paz, tranquilidad, cercanía con las playas, que la casa sea independiente, no se comparten accesos, e instalaciones, su limpieza, 2 baños, y tiene muchos utensilios que son de utilidad , cocina completa.
Faltaría un split en el comedor, y el empedrado de la calle son 50 mts está un poco rota, un poco rústica, pero el propietario en ese caso no puede hacer nada

LA CASA ES AMPLIA Y MUY BIEN EQUIPADA, LA COCINA TIENE HELADERA CON FREEZER, MICRO ONDAS, LICUADORA, CAFETERA, TOSTADORA ELECTRICA, LICUADORA Y COCINA A GAS CON HORNO Y 4 HORNALLAS. ADEMAS TIENE MUCHA VAJILLA, OLLAS Y SARTENES Y UTENCILLOS DE COCINA QUE NO ES ALGO HABITUAÑL EN UNA CASA DE ALQUILER.
Y TIENE MAQUINA PARA LAVAR ROPA
NO TIENE AIRE ACONDICIONADO, EN GENERAL NO SE NECECITA PERO ALGUNAS NOCHAS CALUROSAS SIN VIENTO VENDRIA BIEN

Roberto muito simpático e sempre pronto a ajudar. Casa perto do parque e para quem viaja com seu companheiro canino tem um ótimo espaço para tomar sol e se divertir tb ♡
