A localização é excelente, a vista do mar e das furnas é maravilhosa. O centrinho está a curta distância à pé, e o morro do farol e furnas também.
A reserva foi feita com cartão de crédito mas foi exigido um depósito por PIX antes de chegar no apartamento. Na chegada tive de pagar o saldo via PIX novamente, alegaram não estar com máquina do cartão. A iluminação do apartamento poderia ser melhor na sala (somente lampada central, sem abajures). A cozinha poderia ser melhor equipada. A televisão da sala era pequena e não smart.
