Ideal location and spacious comfortable room all with great value for money.

The location of this guest house was perfect. There were many places to eat nearby, the 7/11 was nearby and the beach was an easy 2-minute walk. Although the rooms were close to the street, they were not noisy and were very spacious and comfortable. I will happily stay there again as I will be returning to the island for more diving one day.

Good location but basic

Great location, aircon worked well.

Bed sheets were stained. No sheet or duvet, just two large towels to cover yourself at night. Didn’t clean the room whilst we were there and had to go buy more toilet roll ourselves

Would defo stay again, amazing location & lovely staff

Great value for money and the staff were absolutely lovely—really welcoming and helpful. The only things I’d mention are that the bed had fluffy blankets but no simple sheet, which made it a bit too warm given how hot the room was. Also, the lighting in the bedroom could be improved—it wasn’t ideal when trying to get ready. That said, I would definitely stay again!

Good stay for a few nights

The rooms are basic but you get what you pay for. It’s in a great location, and the room has the basics you’ll need for a few nights. Just be mindful there are stairs to get up to the property!

Not Recommended

There are few points I would like to highlight about the place which I didn't like, and you might feel the same if you choose to stay here: 1. Staff: this place is family owned, they don't speak fluent English, hence difficult to communicate. 2. Not accommodative: when I reached the location, i wanted to rent a bike (these guys provides bikes on rent) and these guys asked for the deposit money which was 8x of the rent. I negotiating for lower deposit, as i had very minimal cash and I was facing issues with respect to withdrawing money from the ATM. Given my stay was fully paid in advance and I was renting bike from them only i thought they would be accommodating but they acted as if I was some thief in that island. 3. Air Conditioning was not working properly. I had to wait for it to cool the room for around 2 hrs. 4. Business minded: they will only help you if you take services from them. They will not even provide a single piece of information and will always ignore.

The window in our room was not facing the busy street, so it was quiet and we had a good sleep. There is no wooden furniture in the room, so no noise from the floor or bed. Everything worked well: fridge, aircon, wifi.

This guest house is in a busy narrow street without space for walking. There are many motorcycles around, so it is not pleasant to walk around. We love places with gardens. In this guest house we had only a room, so there was no place for relaxing. No kettle in the room, so you cannot boil water or prepare a coffee. 500 Baht key deposit.

Very enjoyable, great room for a short stay in Koh Tao.

Very central and close to everything. Good value for money, they offer bike rental onsite as well as rental for snorkelling gear. They can organise taxis for you whenever.

Can be a bit noisy at night but just as it is so central so definitely worth it.

Exceptional

A lovely little family run place right by a 7 eleven and lots of the great restaurants. I booked it as it was close to my dive school, but honestly, I loved the location anyway, 5 mins to the beach and walking street. The room was really spacious, and the bed was big and comfy. The room had both AC and fan, which was great and a really big fridge. There was no safe, but I felt comfortable leaving my things in the room as it felt like you were just staying at home. The family was lovely. Someone always seemed to be at the desk and helped me when I couldn't figure out the room lock the first day. They also looked after my bags after checkout and gave me a lift to the pier for only 100 baht. Really loved it here

Not really a dislike but there was no kettle which would have been handy especially since there's such a big fridge you could have had coffee/ramen. Didn't use the fridge much for this reason. The room wasn't cleaned for the week I was there which suited me but a swap of towels would have been nice and also only got 1 roll of toilet paper however I'm sure if I asked they would have given me more so not really a complaint. Also there is some noise outside, it quietens down after about 10pm but there are still some bikes going by also there is a rooster that wakes up at 3am, this didn't bother me too much as I had headphones but something to consider if you don't!

Superb

Grear location, close to beach, owners are really nice, room cleaning provided… Also room is very spacious.

The only thing I didn’t like was the noise from the street. At night you can always here all the motorbikes and drunks shouting.

Good

Great location at Sairee Beach. Many things (beach, restaurants, bars, dive shops) are walkable from the guesthouse. We rented a bike on-site and were very happy: good price and very convenient. The wifi worked well for us, and we thought the bed was comfy. Also, very quiet! Overall, good for the price.

The air con was very weak. There was a fan in the room as well, but we were hoping for a stronger a/c. The bathroom felt a little rundown and dirty.

Great spot very clean and great hosts. Rooms are basic but very large comfortable bed, fast wifi and everything you need. Great breakfast spot across the road and can rent a motorbike downstairs. Highly recommend

Comfy bed and good location. Very close to bars and beach but also quiet at night. Big fridge. Clean room.

It was really hot in the room and the Aircon wasn't good enough to get the room down to a good temperature. It was very hot at night and difficult to sleep. Our Aircon started dripping water and making unusual noises so we had to turn it off. No water refills.

This guesthouse is perfect for people staying a while or a short time on Koh Tao. the owners are so lovely and will help you in any way they can. we stayed for 3 weeks and even though there wasn’t a kettle in the room to make coffees they bought us one so we didn’t haven’t to buy coffee every day (maybe even gave us their own from their house haha). the air con works great consistently, shower is warm, comfortable bed and decent wifi. rooms are big and plenty of space to hang clothes etc if staying a while. not much else you need! it’s back from the beach so you don’t get the noise at night btt ur only a couple of minutes walk to Sairee beach. was our second time staying here and we will definitely be back!

Perfect!

Pepa is super sweet, the room was super clean and you can rent a motorbike at the accommodation! we had a perfect stay. When we left Koh Tao, my boyfriend brought me to the pier with the motorbike and all the bags. He had to return the motorbike and walk to the pier (30 mins). Pepa asked if he had to walk and immediately called her husband to bring my boyfriend by motorbike. Super sweet!

pepa is one of the nicest host I met in Thailand, she was so lovely and went up and beyond for us, very accommodating. really enjoyed my stay here. location is close to everything 5 minute walk from beach and main strip. good room, air con worked well, comfy bed, all clean. will come here again! :)

L’hotel si trova in pieno centro, la camera è abbastanza ampia e dotata di comfort. Vicinissima alla spiaggia. Il personale è stato molto gentile, avevo bisogno di un asciugacapelli e me l’ha procurato, inoltre mi hanno permesso di lasciare le valigie al check out poiché ho il traghetto notturno. Gentilezza super

Perfekte Lage, sauber, komfortabel- empfehlenswert

Die Unterkunft ist definitiv empfehlenswert. Das Zimmer bietet ausreichend Platz, das Bett ist groß und bequem, es ist sauber und die Dusche hat warmes Wasser. Die Gastgeber sind nett und auch sehr hilfsbereit. Wir hatten während unseres Aufenthalts Probleme mit dem Motorroller. Trotzdessen, dass wir in dieser Situation die Unterkunft leider nicht erreichen konnten kümmerten sie sich im Nachhinein gut darum, dass wir kostenlos ein neues bekamen und entschuldigten sich bei uns. Die Lage war perfekt, man war direkt in der belebten Straße mit vielen tollen Restaurants und Läden und nur einige Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt. Diese Unterkunft hat alles was man braucht und ist sehr komfortabel, wir würden sie auf alle Fälle weiterempfehlen!

Die Dusche ist direkt ohne Abtrennung im Bad, weshalb der Boden danach immer nass war. Das ist aber nicht schlimm und völlig normal in Thailand. Ansonsten haben wir keine Kritik.

Billig og bra

Store fine rom, de var rene og lå veldig bra til med tanke på restauranter og alt man kan gjøre på Koh Tao! De rengjør ikke rommet i løpet av oppholdet, så ikke forvent det! Vi hadde ikke problemer med det, men man hører ganske mye fra omgivelsene rundt! Verdt pengene!

Läget är bra! Helt okej skick på rummet/byggnaden. Härligt med AC. Bra wifi.
