peacefulness of location
The shower extremely small and the sliding door was a little difficult in the bathroom. It was a little close to other cabins which I don't recall seeing in the photos. Bedroom door had to be left open to get any A/C.

Modest, clean, comfortable and convenient to New Bern.
Mosquitos! Some standing water (not on your property) nearby and recent rains. Maybe you could engage a pest control co for control around the cabins?

It was quiet and very clean. Jason was great with instructing me on how to use the ac.
I wish there was a facility to wash clothes as the closest laundry mat was 15 minutes away. Also it was my sons 21 birthday while there and driving from out of state it would have been nice to have our family over for a small get together but I did not see in the rules no gathers of I might have chose another place.
