Location and value related to self service apartment - more room than hotel but we had hotel-like service. Breakfast was good and on site pizza was delicious.

Very good

Lots of parking spaces at the hotel. Easy to collect the keys from the reception. Big kitchen/living area. Lovely clean bathrooms and bedroom. Huge comfy beds (not the sofa beds however). Perfect location for our group of 8, celebrating NYE in Inverness. Host allowed us to check out later without any additional charge

The sofa bed in the smaller apartment was VERY small. Only suitable for 1 person or 2 small children

Decent location, clean, good breakfast

Not a lot of space in apartment due to excess furniture. Hassled by local person in the bistro/bar upon check-in, and then advised by check-in desk that they didn’t know who he was or why he was there.

Fantastic room and location

Great breakfast, lots of choice. Really lovely refurbished apartment with fantastic decor and modern bathroom. Bed was really comfortable. It was a great location, just a short and pleasant stroll to the town. Staff were friendly and helpful too.

The outside bar was below our window which meant it was a bit noisy until 11pm but with the window shut the noise wasn’t too loud - more just background noise. It didn’t bother us - but if you are there in summer and a light / early sleeper it could be an issue.

pictures shows on website are totally different and we have reservation for two room four adults they gave us one room it was very difficult on top of it lady on reception was to rude with us.

This was the best part of our vacation through London and Scotland. A beautiful apartment, amazing scenery, close to town, and a great value.

Great stay overall with minor issues

Very good location as it was close to the city centre and the ness bank. The breakfast was also excellent and had an à la carte menu for the mains with a buffet supplementing it. The rooms are also very new and have been recently refurbished to a high standard.

The pictures on booking.com are misleading as the room looked very different to what I saw online. It was clear that the pictures and descriptions where from a different place as it categorically stated that the floor is “Tile/Marble” but there was carpets throughout. There were also a few issues with regards to our Breakfast being included, which the hosts initially couldn’t find on our booking on their system. There was a similar problem while checking out with regards to the tariff. Both these issues were eventually resolved after going back and forth with my email confirmation.

Great time all round

Very happy with our stay, more than enough room for us and the grandkids and the kitchen was useful for a quick dinner. The gentleman in reception was very friendly at check-in and served us again in the evening when we had drinks on the amazing terrace.

Phenomenal trip to the highlands

Had an excellent stay here, the location was perfect for getting to the city centre and the rooms were absolutely beautiful and seemed to be very recently renovated. The views from our balcony were a highlight and had breakfast in the adjacent hotel which was delicious and very handy on a lazy morning. Will definitely be recommending for any friends heading this way.
