Casa felicidad offers lovely interior design, perfect location close to playa grande, a great kitchen space with everything you may need. Everything is very well thought out.

We just needed to get used to the stairs (bedroom and bathroom are upstairs along with a beautiful terrace) and to the app in use to open and close the main door ;)

Excellent location close to shops restaurants bars. House was very modern with everything you would need.. Very welcoming host..always there to answer any a query. Would definitely recommend this beautiful house.

Superbe séjour dans cette maison ultra bien équipée et très confortable. Très belle chambre avec lit confortable. Adorable salle de bain avec de la lumière et vue sur palmiers.🌴 Très belle terrasse en hauteur où nous prenions le café le matin, très jolie courette intérieure pour prendre le soleil et pour le soir. Quartier très calme et à 2 minutes de la plage et des restaurants .Bref tout était parfait nous reviendrons!

Good location up a side lane from the main strip. Great TV and sound bar. Tastefully decorated with all amenities. Clever, well thought out lighting. Air con provides €15 credit. (Coin operated after credit runs out) The terrace is a suntrap. Very hot. 🥵 Good sea view from the upper balcony. A welcome tray of snacks including milk and water. Shower wash, moisturiser🧴 soap, washing liquids etc which is very convenient.

* specific issue - major building works in next door property. It was a construction site. Concrete Dust all over the terrace and balcony which left a smell. Had to sweep this up and dust down the chairs. The noise was often unbearable and we had to leave the property some days. Drilling noise was louder inside vibrating the walls the ceiling lamp swung. 😳 We had a truck right outside the kitchen window some days inches away with a skip collecting rubble from the roof via a chute. We were advised of this after booking via B.com in Spanish after receiving previous messages in English, so it wasn’t read until after we’d paid. I was assured the “demolition stage” was 95% completed and it would only be light drilling on occasion and workmen chatting. It wasn’t!! I strongly feel that the landlord did not make the correct decision to let paying guests stay here during this construction work. It was disturbing for a holiday rental. We did accept 20% discount but it was around £850 for 1 week. Disappointed. The Hoomvip app is used to access the property - door key via your phone. We didn’t like this. You need data for a start which is an extra charge, the sunlight dulls the screen and can’t see the correct buttons, it take around 1 minute to open the door. We struggled initially to get in and we weren’t given the alarm code. The landlord managed to turn it off remotely. When the code appeared on the app we used it to try the wall mounted key lock box where we found a set of keys. 👍🏼This option wasn’t offered. We couldn’t even use the back gate off the terrace with the App. 🤦🏼‍♀️ Something to consider: This apartment is very nice but the stairs aren’t elderly friendly. The tread depths are extremely narrow on the middle section only accommodating half a foot. It tricky and you need to walk slowly or sideways. Especially after a few sangrias. 🍷 They are very creaky.
