Η τοποθεσία

Το δωμάτιο φαινόταν ανακαινισμένο, αλλά είχε κάποια προβλήματα (βουλωμένος νεροχύτης, άβολο στρώμα, ο εξαερισμός του μπάνιου έφερνε μέσα στο δωμάτιο όλες τις μυρωδιές από τις κουζίνες άλλων δωματίων).

Υπεροχο προσωπικο και ιδιοκτητρια, η Ειρήνη και η Λία ειναι παρα πολυ ευγενικές και εξυπηρετικες. Η τοποθεσια κοντα στο χωριο με χωρο για παρκάρισμα. Το δωματιο εχει ο,τι χρειαζεσαι και ειναι άνετο. Και κυριως ειναι παρα πολυ φιλικοι με τα κατοικιδια!!

Студиото е с отлична локация на края на селото. Голяма тераса с гледка към морето. Леглата големи и комфортни. Има удобства за съхранение и приготвяне на храна.

The cleanliness of the studio. Although the equipment is the very basic, everything is there, e.g. one pan, one big pot…The location of the property close to the village and restaurants is nice. The beach is in walking distance. There is a possibility of street parking in front of the house. The nice sunsets from the rather big balcony are great, the view on the mountain and the sea (only partly seen but still) also. The hostess is very friendly and available for any help you need.

The floor plan of the studio isn’t that good and not practical. The bathroom is very small, you can hardly move in it and there are no shelves to put your things on. The kitchenette has somehow everything you need but it’s too narrow so that it is hard to prepare stuff. The studio is a bit outdated and has a kind of USSR Black Sea atmosphere. In the afternoon you are in the full sun and there is no possibility to create some shade. On the balcony you depend on your neighbors (this is of course not the property’s fault). In our case the ones were heavy smokers from morning till night, the others prepared meat on their gas grill brought from home (although this is forbidden and dangerous) and you couldn’t breathe outside and the smell went inside the apartment, too.
