The room was clean and spacious.
The amenities were a bit of a surprise and well received: vanity sets, slippers, toothbrush and paste.
The view is good, probably even better at the 2/3/4 floors.

Close to the beach and restaurant. Large rooms, both living/ bedroom. Clean.
Some things are broken: the router is hung on a wall, in a screw. the curtain in the bedroom has fallen in half. the handles for furniture are falling when you touch them... etc

Breakfast was good in a restaurant with great sea view, the best part of the entire experience at this location. Short walking distance to the beach. Free parking on the street right in front of the building.
The smell that comes from the drainage from the kitchen and bathroom is really bad. We cover the holes from the sink in the kitchen and closed the bathroom door overnight however the smell is impregnated in all the materials in the apartment. They did their best to cover the smell with a strong essence but that is not enough. I understand that maybe the apartment was in conservation over the winter but they shod cover all the drainage holes if is not used. There is no sea view as i the pictures for the apartment number 2.
