    It was clean and nice no bugs insects or anything , the room itself was cleaned , bathroom had all the things should have soap etc , we had even sewing kits , the breakfast was also good.

    So much room for improvement! The night clerk was excellent tho, but some of the other clerks had very limited English skills, which made communication extremely difficult. Safe didn’t work, a/c wasn’t working, my door didn’t open, couldn’t open window enough at night to cool room. Carpets throughout the hotel are extremely dirty, furniture is very worn. Lots of work to be done.
