The house was beautiful although I expected it to be cleaner with paying a 3xx.00 cleaning fee. Also the coffee machine doesn’t work correctly, the master tub doesn’t drain properly, no extra blankets or throws. Overall, the house is nice but not worth the amount paid.

The description and pictures are spot on. The place was amazing! The primary bedroom is huge. I also liked that there is so much seating; seating inside and plenty of seating outside. My family enjoyed the pool table and other games in the garage. The area is very peaceful and the neighbors are nice. The house is in a great location to everything we needed. I would definitely stay there again. I highly recommend this place, particularly for big families. It has so much space. Well done!

Property is good with ample betdrooms and bathrooms and a great gathering space. It was quiet and neighborhood is fine. Some thought kitchen utensils could be better organized. Had to put batteries in main BR remote and no remote in amother (back) BR. Charcoal grill works, bit needs charcoal grate/tray replaced - it has corroded through. We could line with foil and make it work. Asked about beach gear in the house before travel, but did not receive a response. Turns out there were several beach items there. Overall, very good visit and property. We would certainly stay there again.

I had a wonderful stay at this property! The home was absolutely beautiful—clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully decorated. The location was perfect: centrally located in St. Petersburg, making it easy to explore everything the area has to offer. The host, Ronny, was fantastic—responsive, kind, and incredibly informative, which made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
