Island Royale 404 is a two-bedroom, two-bath condo with stunning Gulf-front views from the 4th floor. Located in the heart of Gulf Shores, within walking distance to shopping, dining, and local attractions.
Unit amenities:
• Balcony access from the living room and primary bedroom
• Tile flooring throughout the unit
• Fully equipped kitchen with everything you could need in your home away from home. The dining area seats four and there are three barstools for additional seating.
• Full-size washer and dryer inside the unit
• Living area has a sofa sleeper
• Primary bedroom has a king-size bed
• Second bedroom has a queen-size bed
• Keyless entry for no-wait check-in/check-out
• A maximum of two cars allowed

I’d highly recommend this location. Very clean and location on the beach was exactly what we were looking for. We enjoyed the large balcony overlooking the beach.

Great condo. Spacious and comfortable for our family of 6. Proximity to beach and poolside shade were great features.

The condo was incredibly clean! Cleanest one we have ever rented to date. I loved the area. This condominium is smaller so the elevators were quick! The pools were on the smaller side but worked fine for how little we used them. There are places to put your sandy beach items at the walkway instead of carrying those up to the unit. The only downside to this condo was that the management company over the payment charged us nearly 600 more than what was originally quoted to us on the VRBO listing. We did not know this until it was time to make the second payment and it came from iTrip instead of VRBO... We didn't appreciate that. Supposedly for iTrip fees as they sent us an itemized bill that contained "management fees". So that being said, the condo was immaculate! Wonderful! The company managing the payments charged way more than anticipated.

Loved this condo! We had a great time. I do think prices were a little high compared to others. But it was clean, comfortable and no complaints!
