Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.
MONTHLY RENTALS

We had a great stay and the condo was exceptional. The master bed was very comfortable. The only complaints are the soap dish had fallen off in the master shower prior to our check in. I did report it. Also, there was only one pan to use for cooking. We typically bring groceries with us, as much as possible, so we can cook some while there and not eat out as much. There was just the one little pan. Other than that, absolutely no complaints other than we had to leave and come home. 😢

Stayed at Island Royale last year too, in a different condo. I would recommend Island Royale. The staff that work there are very nice. This condo was clean and had the supplies necessary for our stay. Of course, love that it is on the beach with the view of the gulf. I really liked the text messaging from the rental company making sure everything was ok and answering any of our questions!

The three stars I gave it were for the condo itself. Our condo unit was older but clean and well kept. The beds were comfy and the view and location was amazing.
However, the island royale building was undergoing construction everywhere. The pool was open but the view was blocked by construction. There was only one elevator working for the whole building. A drill would usually start up in the middle of the day so hope you don’t need to take a nap. They don’t tell you any of that is going on so you might ask. Also the condo was missing a few essentials like hand soap or potholders.
