Spacious duplex overlooking the wetlands. With screen porch and a deck, simply walk out the back door to crab and fish! This lovely duplex has a first floor master suite and private bath. Enjoy the community pool after a long day at the beach! Next door to Bay Pony and across the pool to Summer Sails.

Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival will receive 100% of refund of all monies minus $ 39 Processing Fee and Any Credit Card Convenience Fees Paid. If less, then 30 days: the advanced rent is only refundable subject to the following: The property is re-rented for the same period. Re-rental of less than a full week will be refunded on a pro-rated basis. The Agent will retain a $39.00 processing charge, and any convenience fees charged. *Deposits are not refunded for ANY reason (including bad weather).

This beach home was well stocked and accommodating to my daughter, son in law and four year old grandson. He said he wanted to stay at Grammys house again. The rooms were spacious. We liked that everyone had their own space to call theirs. Myself and grandson enjoyed the pool and made fond memories. The rental was clean, the smoke sectors batteries needed replaced and were chearping . But maintenance arrived quickly to fixed. Overall, great experience! We will return!

What an amazing way to spend the holiday with family and friends. We enjoyed the fireworks without leaving our property! Family sat outside and enjoyed the show!!!

We have been staying in this community for over 10 year and love it here. This time the house was not as well kept and clean as it has been in the past which was disappointing. We needed to take the first 20 mins and clean up before we could unpack and enjoy our stay

we have stayed at misty sails before, it was great in the past, this time in 2022 it was not, the down stairs bathroom floors were dirty when we arrived and so were the bathroom rugs., the upstairs rugs were dirty too, it made our feet black. no lighter for the grill, no instructions for the TV, very disappointing.
