About this house rental
Newly renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with completely private backyard and heated pool. Fenced in backyard/pool area with BBQ patio, providing wonderful privacy. Additional one bedroom unit attached and can be booked separately for additional space. Only Driveway is shared with this unit. Upgraded appliances, wireless internet, Smart TVs and cable, washer and dryer. Boat parking available. Close to Sebastian waterfront and restaurants, golf, Sebastian airport, skydiving center, beaches and more!
Guests agree to the following prior to booking:
-Cars must be in driveway and cannot be parked in yard/street or at neighbors.
-Pets are not allowed on furniture and droppings must be cleaned from the yard.
-No animals are allowed in the pool, a fee of $75 will be charged if pet hair found in the filtration.
-Non-disclosed pets will be considered a major house rule violation and may result in dismissal from the property.
-Smoking/Vaping is Only Allowed Outside and must be thrown away in the outdoor garbage cans.
-This is a quiet family neighborhood - no loud music/parties/large gatherings.
-Please be respectful of Guest staying in attached unit.
-Linen must be used on the living room couch if used for sleeping.
-Guests are expected to clean up spills and keep rooms tidy. Floors should be mopped and swept if needed due to spills, foot tracks, or pets.
-Pool toys need to be kept out of the pool when not in use so it can be serviced weekly.
-Any and all damage needs to be reported immediately.
-Guests are not permitted to exceed listed occupancy in accordance with local laws.
-Guests will be asked to leave the residence for significant violations (in accordance with house, local, and state laws) and do so with the understanding they will not be refunded their deposit or any remaining nights on their reservation.

The house was very well kept, clean dishes and fridge, bunch of spices for cooking. The pool was awesome even at night time with the pool light. It's close by to a bunch of great restaurants along with the river. It's just a great spot. Most importantly the owner Craig was outstanding. He answered quickly with any questions or concerns which we had quite a few at first. Nevertheless if we come back to sebastian i'm going right back to Craig.

Enjoyed our stay. Our dog loved the fenced back yard with plenty of shade. Heated pool was greatly appreciated. Would stay here again. Quiet neighbors.

Property was clean. Pots, pans and utensils were all fairly new. Newer appliances. Great private pool with 6ft. fence. Patio and screened in porch. Quiet neighborhood. Not too far from grocery stores and many restaurants. Only complaint we had were the soft mattresses.

The location, privacy, fenced in yard, open floor plan, lanai and pool was everything we were looking for. The neighborhood might not look the best, but we were always in the backyard.Recommended!
