The home was as expected. With exception of outside area needing cleaned to utilize. The pool is heated with solar tubing which could be nice in cooler months however could've done without when it was already 98°.
The pool area was left very unkept with empty cigarette boxes and butts. Gatorade bottles, a drinking glass from inside being used as an ashtray. The pool needed swept from first day. Grill was questionable so avoided using looked dirtier then we cared to clean to be able to utilize. 2 garbage cans were full and not placed for pickup making it very difficult to maneuver our own waste.
