Private Oasis surrounded by trees with hot tub, secluded pool, lighted bocce ball/ cornhole/ horseshoe court, 2 outdoor showers, top tier beach equipment and chairs for all heights and comfort, shibumi shade, large cart, cooler. Clean & cozy escape with 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths + sleeper sofa. Partial Ocean views from window filled loft as your remote office or game room, strong wifi, two ice makers, filtered water, separate beverage fridge, new LVP floors, screened porch with cushioned rattan gliders, multiple porches to enjoy or relax in the shade. Kitchen is well stocked and bedrooms will provide freshly laundered white Turkish cotton bath towels and sheets, cozy blankets and quilts. Beach cabana Turkish cotton towels also provided for use. Schooner Ridge Community is uniquely complete with oceanside pool, gazebo, captains chairs/deck overlooking beach & shower/foot wash on top of the dunes, clubhouse with tennis, playground, gym, pickle ball and indoor pool! This property, do you have the facilities and resources throughout the entire property were simply amazing! Our family would rate this property and 11 out of 10! The property was clean and furnished with top of the line linens, furniture, and every appliance you could think of. We would definitely recommend this to others and we definitely plan on returning to this property again perfect location to the beach to catch both the sunrise and then a stroll to beautiful downtown Duck to go see the sunset. Typical day was to catch the sunrise at 6 AM. Bring the family to the beach for two or three hours in the morning, come back for lunch a nap and then pool time in the afternoon early evening. We’ve stayed at many beaches throughout the East Coast and this was by far the best all around experience we ever had tried to book this if you can!

This home has it all! It is equipped with everything our family of 11 needed! The weather wasn't the best - so having the indoor pool at the community center was a REAL treat!! The owners of the home have thought of it all.....they even have motion sensored lights down the steps and outside the home. The home is in a GREAT location....it is easy to walk to the beach, to the community center, and to many stores and restaurants in Duck! The owner was GREAT at communication! Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and plan on returning sooner rather than later!

We had a wonderful stay at SEAk. The home is spacious, has a great setup and amenities, and is well maintained. Short walk to the beach and the access to neighborhood extras (e.g., indoor pool, racquetball court, exercise equipment) is a nice bonus. We will look to stay again.
