Ground floor comes with a bit of a smell

La terrasse était un vrai plus même si je ne l'ai pas utilisée. L'emplacement proche de la gare, à 3 minutes a pieds était idéal pour mon déplacement profesionnel. Les accessoires de la maison étaient nombreux même si j'ai pas eu le temps de les utiliser non plus. La communication via l'application était super, tout était déjà expliqué, décrit, donc le checkin et checkout se sont très bien passés.

Petit bémol, la bouilloire était remplie de quelques centilitres d'eau stagnée et pleine de tartre, donc elle n'était pas propre. J'ai dû la laver au bicarbonate et vinagre qui étaient disponibles dans le tiroire de la cuisine. J'ai trouvé l'appartement un peu odorant, les draps et les serviettes avaient une legère odeur de moisissure et l'air des pièces aussi. Peut-être que c'était pas loué depuis longtemps ou peut-être l'immeuble est ancien, ce qui explique l'atmosphère humide.

Fantastic place with a true home-like atmosphere. The private garden, the harmonious design, and the tasteful décor make everything feel exceptional. I felt completely at ease and comfortable, as if I were in my own home sweet home. The apartment is modern and thoughtfully designed. Both the main entrance and the apartment door open with a code — no keys needed — much easier and more convenient. It was impeccably clean, with absolutely no sewage smell — something quite rare in France, even after many stays here. The bed was comfortable, and even the kitchen utensils were high-quality. They also provided some basic items that you normally don’t find in rental apartments. Regarding check-in: they offer early check-in and late check-out for an additional fee. The location is perfect, only a 3-minute walk from the train station, which makes everything simple and accessible. I completely recommend this place. Out of all the apartments I’ve stayed in across France — and there have been many — this one is by far the best.

Spotless, contemporary styled apartment in quiet street with close proximity to Gare St Roch, Tramline & Bus - great for exploring Montpellier & environs. We loved the comfy bed, great shower & separate WC and the open plan living area beautiful private terrace makes it feel very spacious.

We found no problems with this property however the hosts are easily contacted and very helpful to make sure your visit goes smoothly.
