Ndaru Luxury Suites

I like the fact that the hotel was exactly as seen on bookings, very clean, spacious room, very friendly and ever ready to help staff, well located and easy to access. The Friday Rooftop music and dance was amazing and the pool and gym always clean for guests to use. Finally the complementary breakfast was well prepared and airport pickup smooth.

The place was comfortable, clean and very helpful member of staff.

The cleanliness of the gym was not good, and I think you should get people using the gym to rack back the weights and clean benches after use..

Breakfast was both good quality and good variety. Rooms comfortable and good sized. Nice to have a pool available. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Location was convenient for me.

Not really luxury. No lounge or meeting facilities, narrow small reception. Breakfast was limited and poor quality. One of the days there was no coffee / tea making facility at breakfast. A big let down and the staff were just easy about this. Wifi and electricity problems, power shutdowns during or after rain was frequent occurrence during my stay. Room size was decent. Bathroom was small, toiletries limited. Room tea/coffee was limited. Room service was not free. Hotel restaurant food menu was not that great. There are better hotels in the area with same rating.
