This recently updated cottage on Prime Hook Beach is ready for your vacation! With two bedrooms and a full bathroom, the home comfortably accommodates four people. One floor living with an open floor plan and a walkway out to the beach. Spend the day frolicking in the bay or sunbathing and then relax in the comfortable living space at night for games or reading a book.

This property does NOT include sheets or towels.
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.
The property must be occupied by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement, and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Guest for the entire rental period. The Guest signing the Lodging Agreement must be at least 25 years of age and must occupy the Property for the entire rental period. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.
VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as Owner on VRBO. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked you will be contacted by the management company and sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed. Apart from Damage Protection, all fees associated with the booking are displayed in the VRBO booking.

Had a great stay at this beachfront cottage. Water views were nice and the house was comfortable. We had a great stay and our rental agent Hunter was awesome! We would like to extend a thanks to him and the owners.

The property was clean and in good condition. There were no issues with flies, as I’ve experienced with other rental properties in Prime Hook.

A very peaceful quiet location approximately a 20 minute drive to grocery supplies etc. Stock up before you check in. The “cottage” interior was cozy for the 2 of us plus our lab Beau. The exterior surely needs a lot of TLC. Overgrown grass by bench and picnic table..
